Flexible setup:- Condeco Desk Booking enables you to set up desk groups e.g. hot desks, fixed desks or flexible desks based on your workspace needs. For example, desks can be configured to be bookable by anybody (hot desk), reserved for certain departments (fixed desks), or reserved for certain time frames (flexible desks).

Booking functionality Employees can easily book a desk by using the search function or looking at the interactive floor plan. The system also allows the ‘find your colleague’ feature that enables employees to find co-workers and book desks close to them.

a)Mobile desk booking:-

Desk booking on the go:- Condeco Mobile Desk Booking allows users to book desks wherever they are, ideal for ad hoc bookings or when someone forgot to book a desk. The app connects to the Condeco desk booking system to give instant access to a choice of available desks for locations that the user has access to.

Manage Bookings:- Desk bookings are shown in a list view by date. Changing a booking is straightforward, whether users just want to book for another date, add additional dates to an existing booking, or cancel a booking.

Find colleague:- The app allows finding colleagues on the same day. This feature helps teams to find each other more quickly, saving valuable time in the workday.

Easy setup:- Your staff can download the app and set up in a simple two-step process. If Condeco is linked to Active Directory, they can login with their existing details. Once logged in, they stay logged in for convenient on-going access.

Available for IOS and Android:- Condeco Mobile Desk Booking is available for a range of phones, closely meeting the standards for each platform hence ensuring an intuitive and fluid experience for the device you are using.

b)Desk booking kiosk:-

Easy log in via RFID card:- Your staff can quickly log in by swiping their RFID staff card on the inbuilt card reader. Alternatively, they can enter a username and password using the on-screen keyboard. The Kiosk connects to Active Directory, simplifying the booking process with one log in.

Same day booking:-Your staff can easily book desks for the same day from a floor plan showing availability. Desks that match user profile requirements, such as docking station or disabled access, are highlighted. Should their preferred area already be booked, they can easily search, select and book other suitable desks available in the same building.

Find a colleague:-The Kiosk has an easy to use desk search function that lets your staff search for colleagues on the same day. It shows if a colleague has a booking, is checked in and shows their location on the floor plan. This feature helps teams to find each other more quickly, saving valuable time in the workday.

Managing Bookings:- Users can easily see all their bookings for days ahead on the kiosk, can check the location of the desks booked, or delete bookings that are no longer required.

Easy check in:-Your staff can check in for a desk booking by swiping their RFID card or logging in with a PIN. To further optimize your workspace, the system can be set to release the desk within a specified time frame. This lessens the impact of no-shows. Your staff can also release the desk when they leave for others to use increasing overall desk usage.

Clear and visible signage:- Red, amber and green lights on the screen let people see if a desk is occupied, booked or available at a glance. This removes the need for guessing whether someone is in a meeting or has gone for a coffee. Booking information is also displayed on screen, making it easy for staff to quickly find a desk or colleague.

Instantly ‘book’ and ‘check in’ to a desk:- Your staff can book or check into a desk using their PIN or RFID access card. If they don’t check in within a set time-frame, the system can be set to automatically release the desk for others to book. This helps you to quickly identify available desk space and manage your workspace more efficiently.

Real time data at your fingertips:- Each screen gathers essential real time data about how your workstations are being used. This enables you to make tactical decisions about how best to use the space, which can also inform your long-term real estate strategy.
