Condeco meeting room booking software manages meeting rooms, visitors, hospitality, services and video conferencing, all in one seamless web based system. The software is one of the most complete ,configurable system on the market, is available as a SaaS solution and fully integrates with MS Outlook.

1)Condeco outlook Integration:-

a)Meetings made easy:- With the Condeco Outlook Add-in you can allow room searches, services, visitors and video conference bookings to be made from within the Outlook calendar. Users can make the appointment in MS Outlook and invite appropriate attendees. By clicking on the room booking icon in the appointment window they’re able to search for a room and book it right there and then.

2)Mobile Room Booking App:-

a)Meeting room booking on the go:- Condeco Room Booking App enables you to book conference rooms on the go for greater flexibility. The app connects to Condeco Meeting Room Booking Software, providing an overview of available rooms that match your requirements. Once booked, a calendar appointment is automatically created by the system, making it quick and seamless.

b)Manage Booking :-Conference room bookings are shown in an agenda with day or month view. You can search for a specific booking via the search function. Changing a booking or booking details is also very straightforward. The app will check if the existing room is available and matches your requirements.

c)Easy setup:- Your staff can download the app and set up in a simple two-step process. If Condeco is linked to Active Directory, they can login with their existing details. Once logged in, they stay logged in for convenient ongoing access

3)Integrated Video Conferencing:-

a)View availability across different locations:- Condeco Video Grid makes it easy to see room availability across multiple locations and time zones at once, and select multiple rooms in one go. Users can filter by specific room types and features to easily find the room they want. Frequently made bookings are made quicker by allowing users to save grid views and toggle between them using tabs.

b)Book Everything In One go :-See all the rooms as tabs to help users navigate between different locations, making it simple to edit each location and add visitors and services. a)The first impression :- When a visitor arrives, the visitor management feature gives reception instant access to their details. Visitor information can be added or amended to the system at any time. Reception can then notify the host by email through Condeco Meeting Room Booking Software. All in a matter of seconds.

b)Print visitor passes :- The visitor management feature enables instant printing of visitor passes with all the relevant information, including: badge numbers, pictures and color coding. Condeco can also hold information about visitors who may need special provisions, such as disabled access.
